Different Levels of Support Coordination
No matter where you’re at in your NDIS journey, our team at DYSS is here to support you. While we are experts in Level 3 Specialised Support Coordination, we offer all three levels of support coordination, ranging from basic help with connecting to services, to specialised assistance for managing highly complex needs. We’re focused on empowering you to take control and make the most of your plan.
Level 1 – Support Connection
For those just starting out, Level 1 helps you connect with the right services and supports. We’ll guide you step-by-step, ensuring you’re confident and comfortable with the process.
Level 2 – Coordination of Supports
Ideal if you need ongoing support to manage your NDIS plan. We’ll work with you to coordinate your services, keep track of your goals, and navigate any challenges that come up along the way.
Level 3 – Specialist Support Coordination
For people with more complex needs. We’ll provide advanced support to help you manage multiple providers, overcome barriers, and handle any crisis situations that might arise.
